I'm looking forward to being able to buy a new wardrobe. Not that I'm into style, I just want to be IN smaller sizes! It's been a rough road. If (when) I ever conquer this, I'm going to be so excited, I'll probably start bawling.
But for right now, I just want to be 199.99 . lol

STRNGNGRNDED that sounds like a good goal to have. I've been trying to fit into clothes that were new 3 years ago! I just MUST do it...my closet is my collage too...

Personal goal is to weigh in 159 by the end of May 2019. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THE GOAL OF REACHING 151 IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2019 to be back to below 155.

I didn't. In 2006 my goal was to fit into an outfit.
This goal is to fit into all of my old clothes; so my closet is my collage.

I have never made a collage for Spark. I am not sure what I would be doing.

Susan, what you did sounds great. I used to cut out motivational quotes, but I never got them into anything. Maybe I can try again. I'm sure I have a notebook/binder I can use to put them in.

TKTMTA I like your idea of putting them in a journal instead of a collage. Goals do change.

In my craft room I have two collages. The one for Sparking has one of my favorite pics of myself and some positive mottoes. The second is one for art. I chose scrapbook papers that I thought VERY beautiful and pinned those, along with pieces of lace that I love.
I enjoy making my own greetings cards and this board inspires me.

BUT...and I think Carol might like this version.

I bought a pink and black trapper keeper. In the front I inserted a zippered pocket for my measuring tape and some pens and index cards and whatnot.
I also inserted a spiral notebook for whatever I wanted to remind myself of. It has a section of all my measurements over the past two years.
Next, I inserted those plastic baseball card sheets.
On pieces of index cards (colorful and energetic ones that match sparkpeople) I write out a goal and insert it in a slot. Then, as I achieve various victories, I write those out also and insert them in chronological order. As I reach the GOALS, I insert them in the place that fits the timeline.
So I might put the various weights I'm trying to reach and stack them in one slot and pull them out when I reach them.
I did this for my 100 mile swim challenge, too. 25 miles earned an award, 50, 75, and 100 earned my name on a plaque at the YMCA.

In another section, I took those index cards and copied all these great motivational quotes and inserted them.
It is soooo fun to flip through this book, seeing my old goals, (some I even no longer had), seeing my achievements, and perhaps most important of all, reading those quotes that will keep me motivated for the long haul.

Love It!

I did years ago when I first started but I don't even know where it is any more because I've moved 2 times since then. I have started a fitness journal that I'm incorporating those kinds of things into on a monthly basis when I make my goals for the month and week.

No, I don't make those things. I'm not in the art category in any way, shape or form.

Randy, I'm right there with you on this. I did make one in 2010 when I joined SP. I hate to admit that I haven't even looked at it recently. I definitely need to update it.

Have you made a SP recommended collage? If so, do you look at it as a reminder of where you want to go? Do you need to update it?
