I keep a journal of sorts and try to write at least one thing I am grateful for on a daily basis. It keeps me grounded.

Jackie I'm a Halloween baby but many years ago.
5'1.5" - I shrunk from 5'4"
Residents of Arizona (as of Sept. 2017)
Personal goal is to weigh in 159 by the end of May 2019. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THE GOAL OF REACHING 151 IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2019 to be back to below 155.

I did for a long time - posted it and numbered them on my Spark Status. After 200 I was having trouble finding ways not to repeat anything. So now I don't write it down, but gratitude is something I practice daily, as often as opportunities arise, which is often several times a day.
