I love pomegranates. I put them on my salads and my yogurt and granola or just eat them plain

I haven't ever eaten one. I would like to try one, but haven't ever known how to eat them. I keep hearing eat the seeds, then wonder if the flesh is edible. I don't know anyone who has eaten them before.

yes and just plain. Mainly I have to spit the seed out after I've sucked the juice off of it. I don't like chewing the seed. (reminds me of eating a sunflower seed with the hull still on it.
My son loves poms though and can eat the seeds. (must be good fiber) LOL

I don't eat them. I don't really have anything against them. They just seem inconvenient.

I remember my friend had me try them. I thought it was yummy, but haven't had them since, except flavored drinks.

I love the taste but not the seeds. When my kids were young I would buy them (or one at a time) for them to prepare and snack on. The boys, in particular, liked to dig into and eat them.

Personal goal is to weigh in 159 by the end of March 2017. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THE GOAL OF REACHING 151 IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2017 to be back to below 155.

Love them. I just bought one Saturday at Aldi's. I eat the seeds just plain or I add them to cereal or a salad

Only I can make it happen

I've never bought a pomegranate in my life - never saw them in the stores, never saw my mother buy any.

When I was in grade school, we used to buy them at the little store across the street from the school. We'd eat them right out of the shell & have pomegranate juice running down our arms & making a big mess.

Now, I make a salad of 1 pomegranate & 1 grapefruit. Sometimes squeeze some fresh orange juice over it if I happen to have an orange available. Love the blend of flavors but I'm not supposed to ear grapefruit so I limit it to 1-2 times a year.

November is National Pomegranate Month. Do you eat pomegranates? If so, how do you eat them?
