It used to be volleyball, softball and bowling.....but now that my challenge is not being able to walk.
I sit in my chair and when something peppy plays on the radio...my feet start tapping and the marching begins. Depending on the pain level or how cold I am determines how often and how long I can march.
But I make certain I get in marching EVERY day!
