I had a little dizziness in the beginning. I think its a blood sugar thing.

You might try making cheese "chips" by putting a few tablespoons of shredded cheddar in little piles on parchment or baking paper in the oven till they crisp up. Not sure if that's on plan but the carbs are 0 even if the fat is there..

Or putting a few slices of pepperoni in the microwave for a few seconds till they crisp.

Like I said, I don't think these ideas are specifically "on plan" but they are low carb..

Not too much in the way of crunchy unless it's a PV day. I like celery with a little salt when I'm watching TV.

Im on day two of the attack phase, any advice on what to munch on at night. Im missing the crunchy, salty snacks. emoticon
