I drink lots of milk! If I don't drink it, I start getting sick about every 2-3 weeks. I drink 1%. at least 24 ounces a day. My family goes through about 6 gallons of milk a week.

Not cow's (or any other mammals) - lactose intolerant so it's soy or nut milks for me.

Only very occasionally, and it's semi-skimmed.
I do use it for sauces in cooking - either cheese sauce or a savoury white sauce (usually with coarse-grain mustard). For dairy - I eat cheese. And occasionally take yogurt (Greek or Greek-style). Christine

I do when I am concentrating on getting 100% of my calcium from food. The issue is there are so many calories in it. Adding chocolate takes it off the chart. uggh

Never but I do incorporate it into foods and put it on oatmeal. I eat lots of yogurt, cottage cheese and a little cheese.

YES! I love dairy products... I drink 1% milk with most of my meals. I have acid reflux and milk seems to settle my stomach.

No...I do not like skim milk. No fat allowance room for whole milk on my plan.

Drink? Not so much. But it's good for cereal and cooking. I use either regular milk, soy, or almond.

I used to "teeter totter" between forcing myself to drink or eat several servings or low fat dairy because it was "good for weight loss" according to some studies and then dropping it when I could no longer work that hard at remembering to eat something that I did not really enjoy unless it was a chaser for a big plate of warm, home made cookies.
![]() ![]() ![]() LOL - that reduced the effectiveness of the whole losing weight thing! Now I'm tracking and I'm eating things that make me happy and make me feel great and some dairy products factor into that. ☆´¯) ¸.☆´¯) (¸☆´ (¸.♥´´¯`•.¸¸.☆ ☆• ☆ ……… ☆ • ☆ ┊┊┊ Keep Spreading the Spark ┊┊♥ ┊♥ ♥ Power Pose with me!

Yes. I was raised in a milkman's house. Out here in Africa though we get either powdered milk or sterilized long shelf milk which does not have to be refrigerated until opened. I don't care for either unless it becomes chocolate milk. In the States I often drink milk.
