Oh, I am most definitely a broccoli girl. Those brussel sprouts are just too bitter to me most times unless I slather them in butter and we know that's not a healthy option.

I like them both, but brussell sprouts are more of a winter vegetable so I eat them more then. I eat broccoli almost weekly all year round. My favorite way to cook either is to roast them in the oven or on my grill in the summertime.

I love both
for the brussel sprouts I used the baby frozen ones
I cut them in half and saut' them in a little olive oil with some garlic, turkey bacon, and sun dried tomatoes

It's funny - I love brussel sprouts more, but rarely eat them. It's mostly broccoli for our family. Maybe because I'm the only one who likes brussel sprouts.
