Everyone sounds like they are moving and that is very motivating to me. Thank you.

Yesterday I was blessed with a day at the spa with my friend and I am happy to say we did not skip our work out class even though it was tempting since we had already had our hot stone messages.

This morning I took my beautiful dog for a walk.

So lazy to do my abs & core exercises, just wanted to lie down on my side while watching favourite anime. But I also very excited to get my weekly goals so I did my exercises slow and steady, trying to make my movements more in control and correct postures and yay, got 32 minutes!

Kettlebells, and a 3.7 mile run in 38 minutes. I was dying to stop for an icecream treat when I drove out to the stable to see my horse tonight, but came home empty-handed, and had some hot apple cider instead, which kept me to the low end of my calorie range instead of blowing any calorie deficit for the day.

Well.. i went to a party last night.. i ate a hamburger emoticon and a hotdog.. nachos and soda.. ufff i was packed... jajaja.. but later when i got home.. I burned all the calories with a complete Intervals video o P90X.. i sweat ittttt !!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I tracked calories at the end of yesterday even though I knew I went way over, and it made me get up and work out hard even though I totally didn't feel like it.

Did my kettlebell workout, then realized that I was feeling sore and like I am coming down with a cold again, so decided to postpone the run I had planned today. Hopefully will be feeling up to that run tomorrow.

Instead of I went to my car and drove to the front lobby to return my temporary pass card, I walked towards the receiptonist and sort of double back towards my car. What I gained: able to stretch my legs after long hours in the office and a nice short walk in the afternoon :D

I stayed well within my food goals today for a change. Even though my friend who I normally walk with couldn't make it I took a trek through the neighborhood. 2.19miles in 36min.

I did 1 hour running and 1 walking on some trails on a wildlife area around where I live. Also ate healthy so far today and hope to keep it up for the rest of the day, which will be the first time in several weeks.

Good Job Slow Losers! Today I walked for 30 minutes and biked for 30 minutes. The wind was really blowing like crazy so I had to cut my ride short.

My cold symptoms went away late in the day, so I took it easy with 60 minute walk with the dog instead of doing kettlebells. Also took care of my horse and pressure washed the deck. Back at it tomorrow!
