I cook my oatmeal overnight in my crock pot overnight and it's ready when I get up in the morning. It can be tricky cooking it but once you get used to it, it's great! I like adding all sorts of things such as fruit and nuts.

doctor oz`s daughter says to soak oats in water over night it cooks much quicker . so you are right on track . with that idea .

Had Eggs for Breakfast but thought tomorrow is going to be porridge And I am going to soak it in water tonight in the fridge ready then after that because it is Sunday I am making Bacon grilled no fat with a poached egg. tomatoes to. emoticon set me up for the day.
