I agree - I always appreciate when I get to bed earlier - even if I don't like to get up in the mornings! One thing that is hard for me is doing a relaxation activity to get my body prepared for sleep. I get a second wind, so I always have to try to go to bed before that happens.

I am enjoying this challenge and getting more sleep!

Hello! Uniquelady42. You are awesome and I'm proud of you for continuing your quest for a happier, healthier woman. emoticon You know and I know you can do this. If you haven't already done so, get yourself a journal and keep a Sleep Diary for the things you do to get to bed on time and feel rested--for instance, turn off the TV and computer about an hour before bedtime, and go from there.

I am getting to sleep at a better time and is feeling good in the morning tough I still have a hard time getting up!! I seem to have more energy too and my mind is a little clearer...
