You could also try to keep a paper journal so that when you do get a chance to log on, you can add in everything at once.

VeI've been sleeping pretty good lately since I started exercising on a regular basis and having a light snack an hour before bed like fruit or milk it's been really nice thanks for all the great advice

Dear Unique. Try to log just a couple of things right before you go to bed. If you can't handle that, just log one. The idea is to 'program' your mind to recognize it is time for sleep.

Have you tried to make a template in the journal section of the site and log your sleep and how you felt issues there? Just a suggestion that might work for you. emoticon

I seem to be having trouble managing my time!! I dont seem to have enough time in the day to log on here and write down how I slept or how I felt... I work come home and It seems everyone wants me at the same time and I have to cook blah blah blah... emoticon emoticon
