Start weight on SP was 96kg, my weigh in on day one of bootcamp is 91kg (200lbs)

Shooting,

You did a FANTASTIC DEED, and so you had some pizza! Yes, the fat is off the charts, but you're in your calorie range, and that says something right there. I know how high the calories are in just one slice of pizza ,and you STAYED in RANGE!!!! I'll call that an NSV!!!

Day 1 weighed in. Starting weight 136. Not good last week I was 134.5. This means my first goal is 7lbs away not 5. First goal get in the 120's. Ughhhh

Today's day 4... Life happens and sometimes you just have to go with it. My sister relocated here and was supposed to move into her home. The kids no showed on her so bless the teens next door. They jumped in and "we" moved her. Does carrying rubber made totes full of housewares count as toning? emoticon . Needless to say, teens won't eat salad for lunch. Pizza it was emoticon . I'm in my calories range, but boy the fat is off the charts. Tomorrow's another day.

You won't have a problem with this I'm sure! Just follow Coach Nicole and everything will work out. If you have to modify something, modify it or do something you know you can do. As long as your moving and doing something, you're good as GOLD!!!

Hi everyone...
Today is day 3 of 28. I did the "Belly Buster 2 mile walk DVD today. 2 miles in 30 min. with knee lifts, punches, sidesteps and jogging. I only had to slow down twice. For me that really good. I'm feeling pretty good about things right now. Then again it only day three. emoticon . Thanks for all the support.

Shooting,

If you find yourself sore, do a few stretches or some low impact exercises, and it will work the soreness right on out, so you can do the next day and not feel stoved up or in pain. Of course this works for me, and what works for me may not work for you, and that's what Chris who started SP Land tells your straight up, but there's no harm in trying.

There's no shame in modifying any exercise, or swapping it out for another one. I have to do that sometimes too, and it's just to keep us safe, and enable us to do SOMETHING, rather than just stand there!

I did the video and walk. I had to do the mountian climbers using a chair. My arms and chest muscles were not strong enough at this time.

You're off to an emoticon start with that pesky 76 lbs. gone! emoticon and emoticon I'm one of those people who chooses to weigh daily, as it keeps me in check with what's going on. In one month, I gained 20 lbs. as my surgeon said to eat, breathe, and sleep. I was feeling really horrid, so I went back to God and now I'm again listening to Him and my body.

241 here.. Can only weigh once a month due to highly obsessing #s..
So my Partner brings my scale to work, so i won't secretly do it here at home.

I ended up going even higher than the 206.2. Yes, I hit 209.8 yesterday. However today I'm at 206.0. Praise the Lord!!!!!

I'm embarrassed about my own weight, as I'm not ALLOWED per my surgeon to do ANYTHING, except eat more food, to help my body heal, and I've gained more than 20 lbs. in one month. When I stepped on the scales today I weighed 206.2, but I have to stand up and own it, which I do, and I pray that these next 2 weeks fly, which I'm still being restricted, and then I'll let go with a vengeance, and EXERCISE!!!!
