I've been taking my laptop to the basement and exercising there. I was getting a little bored with my routine, so I have changed things up. I usually pick 3 10-15 minute routines after doing cardio.

So glad to read this, I use my wii all the time and today I was runnin into rooms in my lil computer room. So much for overlooking the obvious!

Have laptop...Will travel. This option works well for me, although I'd love to figure out how to hook up our internet to the wii and view these on the TV screen. Guess I need to ask the kids!

You've got three choices in life. Give up, give in, or give it your all.

I use my desktop, just turn the monitor, and move the chair... I have been logging on in the morning before work and in the evenings. I even showed the gals at work, and they signed up!

I prop my laptop up on the couch or put it on the floor next to me for floor routines. I have a Wii but we have never bothered hookign the internet up to it so I haven't tried that route.

I used our Wii to log into Spark People & see the videos on our tv. You can also log into youtube to see the videos on the Wii. My girls had to help me figure out that you use the up & down buttons on the Wii remote to move the page on the screen up & down. Glad my 8 & 10 yr olds are smarter than me! :) No problem with it cutting out on me but it did take a while for the pages to actually load occasionally.

laptop for me too...I did attempt to load the videos on our Wii but did not have success. SP repeatedly timed out on me. It could have been our internet, but I wanted to give a warning just in case it is actually the Opera-based browser used by Wii.

I have a laptop I am using in my living room. the screen is a little small but I can see well enough to get it. I have a kitchen stool that I put the lap top on. that works really well for putting it closer to my level of vision.

I have typically used my laptop, so I can take it anywhere. Another option I've been fortunate to take advantage of is using the web browser on my husband & son's Playstation 3, which is in the living room.

An alternative is watching the video where your computer is, then they have a "printable" version that you could print or write down the exercises you need. If you look towards the top of the article, a little to the right, there should be a link for the printable version.

Good luck! Today is Day 7 of week 4 for me, weigh-in and measurements tomorrow to see how I did!

Okay gang, how are you managing to incorporate the fitness videos into your routine? Are you taking your laptops into the living room? I have to admit I am a little bit behind the curve when it comes to technology but not too much so. We have a computer in our upstairs office, which has barely enough room for the furniture let alone space to exercise. I like the idea that there are so many videos available but I am puzzled as to how to use them / view them in a space where I can actually workout (and see the video ...ie no way I am going to see it on my cell phone!).

Ideas??? emoticon
