JMADAMS,

Yes, the videos repeat each week for the rest of bootcamp.

The Day 1 video should be added to your fitness tracker under cardio. It is listed as "10 Minute Bootcamp Cardio Workout Video". The rest of the videos have a button at the bottom of the page that says "Add to Fitness Tracker". You can click on that and it will automatically add the video to the strength training section of your tracker. You do not add the strength training videos to the cardio section.

Since you started on Tuesday you will get your Week 2 e-mail then. Your week will go from Tuesday to Monday since you started late. The videos are the same, but there are bonus challenges each week that will be explained in the e-mail.

KELRAJ, The videos are the same as last week. The Day 1 video is the only video that does not have a button since it is a cardio workout. The rest of the videos have the button to automatically add them to your fitness tracker.

Just a few questions about week 2...

1. The bonus video is separate from doing cardio?

2. I blog my food daily (list what I eat, not nutrition info) does that count as tracking for this challenge, or should I do it on the tracker too?

LES24601MIS, Bootcamp started on Sunday January 2. If you started on the 3rd, then your Week 2 starts today. You will get your e-mail today since you started a day late. Now that you've caught up by doubling up on videos one day, you can use Sunday as your Day 1, but just know that you won't get your e-mail until the Monday of each week. Hope that makes sense!

CLUMBER, It's okay to switch the videos around, but you want to keep in mind that they have been put in this order to ensure that you're not working the same muscle groups two days in a row. If you switch them around just be sure that you're not doing two days of lower body workouts in a row of two days of upper body workouts in a row. You always want to give the muscle group that you are working a day of rest in between workouts. Hope that helps!

AMY_QUILTY, Look for the box on the team page that says "Challenge Details". Click on the "Complete Week 2 Action Steps" link. In step two, click on the "40 free titles" written in red. That will take you to a list of all the videos you can choose from. You can pick any video that you like from the list for your bonus video.

MOLLY.K, If you would like to restart the challenge, go to the team page and click on the button at the very bottom of the page that says "Leave This Team". Once you've left the team you can rejoin right away and you will be back on Week 1 again. Good luck!

I noticed for Week 2 the videos are the same as Week 1, is this correct? Also I was not able to add this to my fitness tracker w/a click of a button like last week. Is there something wrong w/the site today or do we need to manually enter this every day from now on?

Week 1 - OK I think I'm confused.... I read that it starts on Sun. with Day 1. But I started on Tues, which is Day 3 - so I did the Day 3 video, Wed I did day 4, etc. On Fri I did Day 6 and DAY 1 (to catch up). I did not do anything on Sat or Sun. Today, Mon. I did Day 2 and DAY 7. I have completed all the videos for week 1. DO I DO THESE SAME VIDEOS FOR WK 2?
Questions about recording the exercise: I record them on My Fitness Tracker. I go to Cardio, type in Bootcamp and add this to my hour of Walking. I click on the 10-min. Bootcamp. IS THIS THE WAY I'M SUPPOSE TO DO IT? OR DO THESE BOOTCAMP EXERCISES AUTOMATICALLY APPEAR IN THE STRENGTH TRAINING SECTION AND ALL I HAVE TO DO IS CHECK OFF WHAT I'VE DONE??
DO I ADD THEM TO BOTH CARDIO AND CHECK THEM OFF?
I'M Confused - it adds more "time" to my exercise for the day and I really only want to list what I've actually done.... Help!!
So - 1. Am I done with week 1? or do I wait till Tues. to start Week 2? Are there different videos? Are these emailed to me?

I am on week 2 of boot camp starting today! Hooray!
I just finished video 1 but I see I cannot track this for my fitness today so I manually tracked it myself. Will this be the case with all the videos from now on since I have tracked them all last week? or are there a new set of videos for week 2 and I just missed it??

Question: I completed week one of the challenge but on the first day of week two I got hit with a stomach bug and was physically unable to do a work out. So now do I start the whole challenge over or do I just bump the first day of week 2 to today?

I know this is random but I am confused... does Day 1 begin on sunday or monday.... Last week I began it on Monday but thought I was behind in the middle of the week and doubled up one day... Week 2 I began day 1 on sunday but the week 2 email was not up yet so I just chose a video.... probably not to important but the question is driving me crazy... thanks :)

Quick Question : Is the order of the 10-minute videos important, or could my spouse & I do sort of a video Yahtzee and roll dice each day? Because I can tell already that I am going to DREAD Day 5 and day 7 coming up again and my evil brain is already trying to find excuses to miss those days. If I randomize it during the week I won't be able to dread it or find pre-excuses. We'd still hit all the days, but not in a particular order.

If it is important to follow in order, I will just do my best to grow up. emoticon

I started day one on a Sunday so that my 30-minutes of cardio would be Monday to Friday, with the one cardio video we do on a Sunday.


I tried to do the day 1 video a bit ago, and only got to 7 minutes - the quick change-up of the legs near the end .. I can't figure out how to make my body do that!

But I DID go to the gym Sunday, and I did a good half hour of unscheduled cardio! Can that count, or is it no good if you don't follow the video exactly?

I got my days mixed up somehow and only got my SparkTeam update in my email and not the 2nd week email. I figured out the 2nd week is the 1st week's video plus two days of bonus videos, but at the bottom of my day 1 video, there isn't a button to add to my fitness tracker!! I did it and I'm gettin' credit :)

emoticon Never mind, I just went back and reread the instructions and it says to do it twice during week 2. I am very glad, because I thought that I had messed up by not already doing my bonus video. But, I'm good...... emoticon

I missed Friday and Saturday workout challenges due to a major test I was taking. I completed day 6, week one today. Question: do I just continue on from here?
day 7 tomorrow
day 1, week 2 the next day?

Or would it be better to start the whole thing over? I'm trying to let go of my perfectionist tendencies to make it "look" right...

LYNNAK, there are no "week 2 videos". You repeat the same ones as before. You just can't get challenge credit for finishing week 1 until you've done the whole week, but the videos are the same. You are supposed to add a bonus video in week 2, but you can choose that from any of the videos on the site.

Is there any way we can skip one day to move on to week two. I started on January 4th, but wanted to get myself on a Sunday through Saturday schedule. I performed two days of the challenge videos in one day, and still did 5 days of cardio. Was hoping to start week 2 today, but can't access any of the week two videos. Is there anything I can do, or do I have to wait until tomorrow to access them?

Is there any way to favourite the challenge videos? It's kind of annoying to have to go through three levels to find the video just to add it to my tracker, every day. If I could just favourite them all into my tracker I could just click on the one I'd done that day.

GOLDF1NCH, When did you start? Look in the "Challenge Details" box at the top the team page. It should say beside "My Challenge Progress" what day you started on and what week you're on.

I must be doing something wrong because I thought I completed all the requirements for week 1 but week 2 is not open to me. Im not sure what I can do to fix this.

PEACEFULHOME, If you just want to keep going and pick up where you left off that's fine, since you only missed four days. If you would feel better starting over you can though. It's completely up to you. Hope you feel better soon!
