I try to do at least 10 minutes of exercise a day. I am disabled so it is a lot of chair exercises, but that's okay. I used to be able to do aerobics, but can't any more, but most exercises can be modified to be done in a chair or laying on the bed instead of the floor!

I do aerobic walking videos ( 2 mile or interval ) every other day and strength training the days in between .. feel good and can tell by inches it is working even though the weight is slow to move after the first few weeks ...

I'm approaching 50 and I am confident that losing ( and never again finding) 70 pounds will decrease the effects of diagnosis I have been given of Fatty Liver, Osteopenia, Epilepsy, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Meneires Disease, and Metabolic resistance. I began slow, walking in place for 5 minutes a day. Now I am logging in over 30 minutes daily in cardio and strengthening exercises.

Know that regardless of what you may tell yourself about your health, your diagnosis, or your fitness level YOU can do this! I encourage all of you that have yet to do so, develop a daily exercise of a feeling better mindset. Turn the positive on by remembering you WHY for being on this journey and get moving!
