My motto is make it fun so that you will stick with it, so if you feel like 10 minutes do 10 minutes. You can do more but after four week you will want to keep it up.

It doesn't matter how you do your 10 minutes a day. However makes you most comfortable that's what you do. If you're just starting out, try just 3 days a week, as that's what is recommended by most doctors. That's how I started out, was with the 3 days a week. It really doesn't matter how you do it, as long as you're comfortable and you don't injure yourself.

It is whatever you want to do. You can do 5 days at 10 minutes that is what most people start at, but you can do 6 with one day off if you want. So whatever feels right to you.
