WOW!!!! I would classify that in the category of chopping wood! YIKES, your really were working so hard!!! I had may car frozen in my itty bitty drive way, back in the day for 4 days and when the snow that we had, which was 8 inches, here in Middle Georgia, finally melted enough, so I could do what you were doing today. However, the bummer was that when it got all the snow and ice off the car and from around the wheels, so I could move it, I couldn't get in, because the door was still frozen shut!

Catch your breath Georgine, drink your water and then LET'S GO!!!

wee are now in the 50s and thawing so my new exercise is chopping and scraping ice from the front drive way--big drive way. If i don't the water backs up into the warehouse where my Jeep sits and then freezes under it at nite. I spent a good 45 minutes chopping and scraping til my back and wrist hollered enuff !! I don't know how to put chopping and scraping ice into the tracker. I still say let's go but first I need to catch my breath and drink lots of water!! emoticon emoticon emoticon Georgine

I'm not sure how you can get that back on your spark page, but you know you've done it, and so do those who have know you. If you need a reminder, use a post-it and put it on your computer or keep a running log in your computer. That's what I do. I have my steps and everything in my log for each month. I never thought about doing that, until January of this year. It feels so good to go back and look at the exercises I was doing, that got me this far. You have this covered, and I have no doubt, that the lbs. will dropping off of you in no time!

I am also starting again as i like to start off a new week. I never like Mondays as it is back to phone calls, appts, to do lists but when i stay with my exercises and tracking food it becomes a good day. Here we go--Happy Monday?? Georgine

I was inactive and became lazy for exercise..

Morning I got up and super charged.. wanted a fresh start.
I reset my goal and all my weight loss history gone.... grrrrrrrrrr (I know it prompted me about the history erase ..and I was all ok with that.. monday morning super duper hyper active u know)
That 8 kg loss was some thing use to motivate me...
I want it back on my start page..
