To 3Kids1Him, I totally get where you're coming from. Sometimes it's easier for me to get the food part right before starting the exercise regimen. Doing too much all at once can sometimes result in you being overwhelmed. Keep it up!

To MRS, the weight will definitely come off. I have gone from my highest of 198 to 167, and now I am trying to lose more. I first started tracked my calories and I was going anywhere from 400 to 800 calories over almost everyday! The key is to not beat yourself up over it and to KEEP TRACKING IT! Also, I prefer the weight to come off more slowly, gives my skin time to tighten up and me time to appreciate all the hard work that I'v'e done this week. It also forces me to keep it up so that more weight can come off, pound by pound! I wish you the best and definitely check in! I will do my best to motivate people because I need it myself, especially to a certain point!

Anna, **God Strengthens Me**

Dear Mrs. You have to keep track of your calories and not eat more than you should. Sounds simple but, as most of us know, it is not. Even though I keep track of my calories, I go over my intake requirement of 1,200 calories to lose weight by 200 or so calories all the time. So, I, myself, find it necessary to go on programs like Biggest Loser, Web MD, Jenny Craig etc. in order to lose weight. It's expensive. Many can't afford them. You can't cheat on them either, or you won't lose weight. But, some people, like me, need that kind of help in order to lose weight. It's something to consider. Otherwise, you'll just have to get rid of the foods you shouldn't eat and keep them out of your house. Also, keep your fridge stocked with the foods you should eat, so that you don't run out of the proper foods and end up eating something you shouldn't.

It takes so much time to lose weight and no time at all to put it back on.

Good luck to both of us!

MRSFERGUSON3 - You can do it. Just take it slow and easy. Start tracking what you eat and add short amounts of walking or whatever exercise you enjoy. It will start to come off and then you'll be really motivated. It's all about changing those habits.
