I went to Dick's Sporting Goods last week and bought a stand to make my bike into a stationary one. So now when I watch a couple of select shows I ride it during the commercial breaks. Those 5 minutes add up quick!

Almost didn't do my ten minutes today. It was 9:30 pm when I got home and I was tired from a day teaching and an evening of conferences. I made myself get on the treadmill, and my 10 minutes turned into 30 minutes! I wanted to just sit down and read instead - but I didn't want to break my streak!

Wise choices each day will get me where I want to be.

Hi Lnovales - it's activity, you're body is moving - why should it not count? Even if it wasn't "brisk" enough for the possibilities in "my fitness" - it was still a good 3-4 hours of movement.

My today - walking again, for a good while outdoors (well, for me - about 1 hour) and a good bit more indoors when I got home.

Hello All,

20 minutes on my bike. 10 minutes of 5 reps of lifting 6 lb weights on both arms. I also did 5 reps of 10 with the elastic band for my legs.

I've managed to get in at least 30 minutes everyday, even Saturday and Sunday, with the Wii. My Golds Gym Dance and the Wii Fit Plus are so fun it isn't even like working out, but I threw sweat everywhere and my arms are SORE. I've also been on the elliptical almost everyday in addition.
