I did Biggest Loser 30day challenge 10 minutes of cardio with weights felt wonderful ALMOST kept up!

I am not waiting for my perfect weight to change my attitude about myself. I am the person I love because of me and will lose the weight because I love me already!

I've already walked 10 minutes. I had over 7000 steps yesterday & 30 minutes of walking! Today Im tired and a little stiff. But Ive already talked myself into two 5 minute walks. Im determined to keep to at least 10 minutes a day. Since it is still early, I will do more, Im sure.

I had another training day. walk run intervals. I shaved a whole minute off of my pace woo hoo for me emoticon 21 minutes total. I think I may break 1000 minutes this month. emoticon
