I danced on one of my daily challenges, we pick two songs to listen to and dance for the duration of the two songs. I picked two Zumba songs that are 5:35 minutes each and then walked for 20 minutes around the block at lunch time!!! Have a great day all!

Last nite I did some strength exercizes with weights for 15 minutes. I have been sticking to this challenge, but have been to busy to post what I have been doing. Its been great to have a challenge out there because it makes you commit to keep moving!
