Had to park at the north gate at work today so walked 10 minutes there & back. A co-worker and I walked 2 laps at the park at lunch for another 20 minutes.

I did my usual 30 minute walk routine on my lunch hour and it was soooooo cold outside today. I will be able to walk longer tomorrow but I might be walking at the mall because it's supposed to be even colder tomorrow. I think it was so cold because the wind picked up and the temperature dropped.

Hi all. I have changed my activity for the 10 min daily. I will play the xbox kinect with my son and husband. We bought it yesterday and played it for an hour and it was a great workout (we just played the adventure game it came with) All of us were red in the face a sweaty by the time we were done. It was so much fun and my little guy loved it.

so far, I jogged 30 minutes 10 minutes air boxing and about 10 minutes resistance bands aqnd lifting light weights, I still have to go on my walk, at least 30 minutes, and I think I will forgo my squats, I am getting lazy again.
