Since I worked my lower body yesterday, I wanted to work my upper body today. Following some of my pinterest workouts I completed:

50 jumping jacks
20 lateral raises: 5 lbs
40 front raises: 5 lbs
20 shoulder presses: 5 lbs

and then did the Tone it Up Girls Lean Pyramid:

10 pushups
20 dips
30 bicep curls: 5 lbs
50 tummy tucks
40 second plank
30 bicep curls: 10 lbs (the 5 lbs didn't challenge me)
20 dips
10 pushups

All of this, allowing for some rest, took me about 15 minutes. I used my big wall mirror to check my form. emoticon

Wow....I am just getting in 10 to 15 minutes, and am feeling inadequate with some of the workouts you folks are doing. I dont think i posted yesterday. I did about a 20 mintue walk on my lunch break yesterday. A bit sore from my Sunday workout. LOL Tonight, I have plans to work out at home. I will log them later!

I did Leslie Sansone's Walk Kick video this morning, followed by a smoothie breakfast and then on to two of the Spark People Fit, Firm and Fired up sets. All for a total of 50 minutes of exercise, which may have been overdoing it, considering I've just started exercising again,but we'll see tomorrow.
