None yet. Been to work, went to garage for diesel, and put petrol in instead! Did shopping whilst waiting for AA man to tow me home. Cooked Dinner for family, hopefully I will get to exercise once I have cleared up the kitchen. Such is life. emoticon

I did the tri-fecta!!!

Elliptical for 10 minutes
Stationary Bike for 11 minutes
Treadmill for 20 minutes + 5 minutes on cool-down!

Today is the busy day 3 bowling leagues, walk a lot, DGD and whatever else I can throw in.

I am a very easy going gal that loves people and wants to know as many as I can. I want to make new friends so I can enjoy more of life. When people get to 55 or 60 there are some that think life should be over but guess what it is just beginning. Maybe 50 years ago it was over but not now people are living longer and working in their 70's. I would have been if I didn't have leukemia and it does not stop me but I have good days and bad, so being home if I need rest, I rest, at work I couldn't do

I just started the 10 Minute Workout (from Beachbody/P90X). I did the Cardio workout before coming to work. I actually did work up a good sweat in 10 minutes. It keeps you moving! I think doing this before work will help me feel more energetic and didn't allow for me to create an excuse of "I'm too busy." Because really, what else am I doing (except sleeping) at 5:15 in the morning? emoticon
