OK, I haven't posted in a week, so here's my "catch-up" When working I walked to and from work, carrying my 10 lb gear bag, while working I wore about 10 lbs of gear, giving me some weight resistance, while walking and moving around, I did some wall push-ups throughout my 12-hr day at work. Now today, my day off (work is done for a week and half), I can get back to "regular" workouts. Going to go out and run sometime today; think I'll take my running partner with me....Deuce (my border collie X) keeps me running:)

Way to go LESLIE_2B_LESS! I absolutely loved playing volleyball til being on the receiving end of a spike from a power player who was a man!

GRAYEYED, I used to play softball - for about 10 years. It was first base. We made a lot of double plays back then and 1 triple play that will be a fond memory forever!

I REALLY didn't want to do anything today! I spent much of the day cleaning up my computer (found 3 viruses) and putting together a puzzle. However, 8:00 rolled around and I felt guilty that I had not done at LEAST 10 minutes. So, I changed my shoes and hopped on the treadmill. I only did 10 minutes, but at least I did them!

Tuesday - didn't think I was going to get any exercise in but later in the evening I did upper and lower body strength circuit training for 29 minutes (19 different exercises with a minimum of 2 reps of 15 each).

I just did some general cleaning and a little bit of walking around the school. My body is screaming for some real exercise. I'm so frustrated but between working (I'm gone 10.5 hours a day), and babysitting 4 children 3 months to 7 years for another 2.5 to 3 hours, and trying to track my food on SP, I DON"T HAVE TIME. I'm very angry that I don't have time.

Good Evening

I did 60 minutes with a bunch of ladies doing Zumba, it is the only exercise that I have come across that the water just pours off of me while doing the dance and exercise. I really enjoy it.

My girls started school yesterday, and they're both on different schedules. That means we get to walk to school and back twice every morning. I also went for a 20 minute walk during my lunch break.
