My current weight is 83.1kg my goal is 78kg by end of March.

Not doing cardio at the moment so my goal is cardio 5 times a week; Pilates once a week.
Mindful breathing or heart breathing every day.

I did 60 minutes of zumba at the gym and since it's so nice in NJ today (around 65 degrees), I'm going for a walk outside with my husband. Saturday and Sunday are my better workout days since I can get to the gym for Zumba and Cardiokickboxing. During the week I travel a lot for work and it's usually 30-60 minutes on the treadmill with walk/run intervals (trying to get more running in these intervals) - when I get downstairs to the hotel fitness center.

Yesterday i did the jullian michaels shred thing that i found on youtube which i thought was a joke but my body is sore today lol

I did 30 minutes of P90X back and legs and the door bell rang and had to run. I will be sure to finish the rest and do ab ripperx tonite. I feel like I just went through the motions yesterday. I did my workouts but wasnt totally present mind and body lol.
