I did 30 minutes of qi yoga then the sun salutation, took a 25 min walk with my dog and did 20 min on the stationary bike

I tried jump rope for 20 minutes. I had no idea how hard it would be. My lungs still hurt. I also did 10 minutes of push ups and crunches.

Sat. I walked at the zoo for 2+ hours.
not speed walking but there were hills and I got my heart rate up a few times.
Sun. min cardio video, and 20+ min wii tennis.
A little over on my calories both days. That is my next goal.
Get the calories in range. and keep them there.

just did heavy cleaning today....scrubbing floors on my hands and knees, and scrubbing bathtubs out. Not pretty or fun, but I was sweating like a hog!

Just got back from walking at a fast pace for 35 minutes at the beach. Beautiful weather, Lots of people from Wisconsin and Oregon enjoying a gorgeous So Cal January 1, 2012 day. I know I'm lucky - I get to do it everyday if I want.

TRIED THE SEATED VIDEOS TODAY TO SEE WHAT THEY ARE ABOUT. 10 MIN SEATED CARDIO, 20 MIN INTERVAL CARDIO, 10 MIN KICKBOXING, 10 MIN JUMPSTART VIDEO, DAY 1 WEEK 1, 20 MIN TREADMILL 3.5 MPH 10% INCLINE 1 MILE. WHOO. HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Finished out the year feeling really strong!!!! 30 min treadmill incline at 8-10, speed 2.9-3.3 the whole time. Upper body resistance 6min. modified squats. Big victory for me today!!!

today is rest day for me - but yesterday I exercised 15 minutes for my back. Son showed up and so I ended walking for over an hour at the Mall. Was fun - but I sure am counting all that walking as exercise! (I overdid the walking part - my shoulders tried to collapse onto my butt!!! Back VERY ouchy!) . emoticon

Today - I DID however do back twists even though it is a rest day. Tomorrow is interval day again. emoticon
