20 minute walk. I'm very proud of me. I had foot surgery 2 years ago that went terribly wrong and need extensive surgery on that foot, but am putting it off. Last Friday I bought a special pair of walking shoes, that I desperately needed. They feel as good as it gets and I actually walked for 20 mins yesterday, something i haven't been able to do in 2 years.

did 2 - 10 minute spark workout videos a day and gardened for 10 minutes everyday then jumped in the pool weather permitting and walked for 30 minutes inside. Still not dropping enough pounds yet so got to rethink my eatting...

Zumba---made it 20 minutes---Wii had no option for 10 minutes, but after just one week of doing 10 minutes per day after being a couch potato, OH MY GOODNESS!!!! I will give it another go though on Thursday, hope I don't talk myself out of it:-) Everyone have a wonderful Sunday...Peace~

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
