I started off with the "Cardio in a Crunch" workout, then moved onto Day#6 Bootcamp workout (15-min ABS), then finished with the Butt Blasting workout. I am feeling great! emoticon emoticon After I cool off, I'm taking the dogs out for walks and to play ball.

I walked on the Gazelle for 32 minutes! I just started this week. The first day I could only do 10 minutes and now I was able to walk for 32 minutes. I am trying to add as many minutes as I can daily until I get to 60 minutes at a time. Woo Hoo

Walked the Soccer Park with my son. Then jogged 2 miles on a street that was up the hill all the way. It was hard, but felt great after I did it! Happy Weekend all!

Claudia, I love the Butt Blasting video too. Coach Nicole makes it fun! Had a busy day so only had time to do my morning walk - just under 4 miles/67 minutes.

Good afternoon everyone! This morning I went out and played ball with the dogs for about 15 minutes, and this afternoon, I did Day #6 of the Bootcamp workout twice for 20 minutes total. Then later, I was going through all the workout videos, and I came across one of my favorite workouts; Coach Nicole's Butt Blasting Workout. So I did this one really quick. Think I will add this workout to my daily exercises....hey, it can't hurt with this being swimsuit weather:) Hope everyone else is doing great with this challenge:)

I did 9 different core strength training exercises. Spark has it listed as 40 minutes but it really only took a little over 20.

Today I may have to count my grocery shopping trip as my 10 minutes.
I'm so very sunburned that I'm in tremendous amounts of pain.
I'll have to dose myself with pain meds to get to the grocery store

Spent most of the day working on a new resume (civil service job) so I didn't think I would get it in BUT my mind was so cluttered I just had to get off my duff!

Walked 12% incline for 20 minutes, 2% incline for 25 minutes and did 15 minutes of lower body ST.

On Wednesday 7/14, I went shopping with my daughter for a few hours. I got very tired and didn't exercise. Today, I got up at 6am and did 10 minutes of Zumba Power and 5 minutes of strength training.
