Both! Cardio is the "fun" part to me and strength training is the "dirty work"...but I don't feel like I've accomplished my goals unless I do both.

I'm like Lita...I do both...and it's not so much "liking" either...but they do seem to supplement one another.

If I do get lazy...I will generally let the strength suffer though.

i do both and they are about the same to me........maybe it is beacuse i am used to doing them for quite a while now..........

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
