Skin takes a longer time to get tight than muscles. It will happen naturally but it will take a long time. Possibly a year or more. Various creams might help. Vitamin E oil, cocoa butter, and some stretch mark creams can help your skin repair sooner.

You will have loose skin--but it might not be as bad as you think. Building muscle will help-build your core, cardio and strength. The last time I managed to lose, building muscle really helped. I hope this helps.

I just wanted to know if when losing a large amount of weight, like 50lbs, do you end with lots of loose flabby skin and if so, are there ways to tighten that up that isn't surgery?
