I'm now doing 20 minutes of the 45 minutes Step Reebok workout. I've added some arms movements but only for about 10 minutes. Don't do it every day because of fear that my heel spurs will flare out again. I alternate with my stationary bike. One step at a time...

Yesterday, I put on the 'Step Reebok The Video' on the VCR. It's old but effective and I hope my heel spurs will stay away long enough for me to get used to the routine again.

I personally use Leslie Sansone, I have quite a few of her DVD's. I also like Debra Mazda, she really can motivate me for whatever reason. I want to try Zumba when I get the money.

I have a couple of Jillian Michaels videos, Turbo Jame, Pilates, and Yoga.
I don't use them often, they are more like emergency backup when I can't get to the gym.

And by the way, zumba doesn't pay me for all the promoting I do for them. They really should! :)

zuuuuuuuuummmmmmbbbbbbaaaaaaa!!!

Find out what all us crazy zumba addicts are raving on about. Zumba is the most fun workout I have ever encountered. If you get the video and learn the basic steps then you'll feel confident to join a live class.

I never enjoyed working out in my entire life. Until I discovered ZUMBA!

A few years ago (!) I bought a bunch of walking dvds by Leslie Sansone..all different durations, like 1 mile, 2 miles, etc...some with hand weights used in the session, some with resistance bands. If you like low-impact walking in your home, on your own time, these are pretty good. I also have a basic Pilates dvd by her. Some people don't like her references to "heaven" or "alleluia" that she occasionally says, and the music is kind of techno. But generally I'd say the dvds are good if you want to get in 30 or 40 minutes of walking into your schedule every day. Now that I've joined SP these are off the shelf and I'm mixing them up to keep my walking workouts interesting. I hope this is helpful! :)

There are a lot of jumping jacks and skip rope in the cardio intervals. I just jog during the jumping jacks because otherwise I thump the floor too loudly and am worried about annoying the neighbours. You can check out clips of videos at collagevideo.com

I love any of the biggest loser, jillian michaels stuff. I bought the Last Chance workout and it is amazing. It's in 6 circuits so you can count it down and I can't believe how fast it goes.

I am researching the same thing. I bought the Dancing with the Star Video, it was ok but just not for me. I think I am going to buy the zumba program, I watch the infomercial and I know a few people that have went to the gym for a class and they just love it. There were a couple of ladies my size in the infomercial and they were able to do the program and since you don't have to get on ground to tone up the good ole midsection, maybe this wont kill me.

I am thinking of buying a workout video but I want one that I can enjoy and not get bored with. Does anyone have a suggestion or have you heard of one that others have talked about? Its really difficult to get outside and walk with it being anywhere from 96-102 here in Atl and with three kids that makes it all the harder. So...I figure a workout video would be the best solution to getting my fitness in everyday.

Going to do this one step at a time.
