My week went well. Stepped up my exercising this year and so far so good. Today would normally be a day of rest and recouping, but I sort of did that yesterday because I was tired from not sleeping very well the night before. So my plan for today is to walk at least 5000 steps (working towards 10000 a day...just started this) and to bike at least 5 miles.

It is about 1 am here in Idaho. I wanted to get this topic started. I hope to hear from you and find out how you are doing. Saturday was a very encouraging day. I was able to get many thing that I wanted to accomplish done. I am looking forward to having a great Sunday. Hope that you all have one as well.
