Hi, Barb, welcome to the thread! I know EXACTLY what you mean. Some days, I feel like all I think about is what I'm eating next, when I should eat, how much I should eat, did I just eat too much, how many calories was that, did I get enough of everything, etc. For awhile, I stopped tracking and decided to just go with my gut to see what happened. I didn't gain anything, but didn't lose anything either. So I'm back to tracking, just to see if I'm going wrong anywhere. My real focus needs to be on getting my exercise in.

I hope you continue to join us SBUDDIES. Usually there's a bunch of us, but people have been disappearing.

I agree with where is everybody?
We haven't met. I'm Barb. I'm doing OK. Couple of rough days, but over all I'm still making my daily goals. I do have to admit that my spark is just a little less than what it was 10 weeks ago...........
nothing bad going on, actually I'm having a bit of a problem with getting to full with my meals....changed my calorie intake to help the situation.....also tried eating 4-5 mini meals didn't like that at all felt like I was always eating or getting ready to eat or just finished eating....I think you get the picture. I am exercising every day minimum of 10 minutes, most often 20-45. And water.......there are days when I feel I am just floating along. Well, gota go. Hope who everybody who reads this has a good night!

I can't believe it's 7 pm, it's the first I've been able to log in, and no one else has been here before me. YIKES, where's our team?

I know I've been super busy. I feel like a hamster on a wheel, running and running but not getting anywhere. I feel like I'm always about 3 days behind in what needs to get done. I haven't worked out much, but I'm about to go do some cardio work on the Wii when I finish this. My eating hasn't been great, but it hasn't been horrible. I'm maintaining my weight just fine, but haven't been doing what I need to do to lose. It's discouraging, but I have to remind myself that I'm not actually working for it like I was at first.

How is everyone else doing?
