Morning! Drizzly day in Boston, but the humidity is gone! What a relief!! Hope everyone has a great day!

Shelly, I hope you feel better soon. Try some peppermint tea, it aids digestion and soothes the tummy.

What I can't do without since starting Spark is my food journal. I love logging my food! It's like a game. Did I make my calorie goal? Did I make my calcium goal? Did I stay below the healthy sodium intake? Some days are better than others, but when I don't log my food (my vacation is a great example) I gain weight. *sigh* So, yes, I LOVE and can NOT do without my journal. I have the Spark App on my iPhone and use it when I'm away from my computer. I won't ignore it during vacation anymore. emoticon

Good morning! I have just a couple of minutes. We are going to the park today and meeting some friends to play. I'm still nauseous. All day yesterday and through the night and again this morning. If I eat it doesn't help or make it worse. So I just keep going.

I can't do without the feeling I get when I accomplish something new. Like a weight loss or pushing further in a run or when an exercise becomes easy. I love that feeling of triumph, even if it is a little goal.

Good morning everyone!

I trust that yesterday found everyone great. I realized something this morning, I never answered my own question! My favourite fruit would have to be apples. I absolutely LOVE apples. I like lots of fruits though. I think my second favourite would have to be pluots though and ugli fruit.

Yesterday was my weigh in day and I gained 2.4lbs. However, if next month holds just as true, this coincides with my 10lb weight gain last month, so maybe it's just coming up on that TOM? At least that's what I'm hoping.

This one is going to be short for me today, I have lots to do. But I do have a question for you guys....

What is the one thing (since starting this) that you've found that you love and can't do without? Water? Exercise? Food Scales? A feeling you get...when?
