Hey ladies!

The last days have been busy! I was studying a lot and I started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I think it's tough, but I thought it would be harder to do. Well, but I'm still level one, so we'll see if it stays that way ;) I have made some horrible before pictures, but I'm not sure if I'll ever be brave enough to show them! Perhaps the result makes me want to post them, but who knows ;)

I drink still bottled water at room temperature only. The brand of water I have has a lot of calcium and I have a deficit, so it's just perfect for me, although it tastes not as good as water from some other sources with less calcium.

Hey everyone! It's amazing to me how long it's taking to get back on track. I've been good with food the past couple of days, but exercise has been another story. That changes today!

I'm not a big water drinker. Sometimes, I crave it, ice cold. The rest of the time, I'm a Crystal Light junky. Actually, Wal-Mart's Great Value brand. So much cheaper & just as good, plus some flavors that Crystal Light doesn't have.

Hi all! I had a crazy weekend and today has been busy as well. Aunt Flo got the best of me the last few days and I was non-stop eating. Plus the glass or 2 of wine I had every night for the past 4 nights. I haven't gotten on the scale and I won't until Friday. Hopefully I will have reversed the damage I did by then. Exercising wasn't happening either because of Flo. ACK this month was bad. I know TMI! lol I'm running tomorrow morning, we're in for a heat wave so I have to get out no later than 5 am if I am going to survive it. emoticon Its supposed to be near 100 all week. YUCK!

Ah water, my nemisis. I am terrible about driking my 8 glasses. I will it drink anyway I can get it. I like water I just don't drink. I love adding Crystal Light lemonade to my water, so yummy!

Welcome to the thread ladies! :) Nice of you to join us. Normally there is more than me in here. I'm sure the others will filter in as they can.

I enjoy my water ice cold and filtered. I can't stand our local tap water. If I get it, I have to have it flavoured. So I'll take your lemon. :D

I prefer to drink cold water, with nothing added to it. I hate flavored water! I know it is good for people who don't drink enough of it, but I have always been a big water-drinker, so keep your lemons out of my glass! emoticon

Hey Tracy and everyone! I was on vacation last week and fell off the wagon big time. I tried to do something physical every day (walk the dog, treading water in the pool, pilates) but I didn't keep track of my food and put on 4 lbs. Gah!! Anyway, I'm back on track and hope you all are doing well.

How do I take my water? Generally cold with ice, but I'll drink it at room temp too.

Good morning ladies!

How did everyone's weekend go? Mine went fairly well. I'm adding newish veggies to my lineup. I'm not keen on the fungi, so eating mushrooms are a stretch for me, but I did eat a slice of pizza with some mushrooms and green peppers on it. There are certain veggies I can't stand cooked, like spinach. But will eat it raw like it's going out of style. Others, I can't handle raw, like peppers. They must be cooked and not too many because they overtake the flavour of everything else. These peppers were done just right. :)

I hope everyone stayed on track this weekend. I did. I didn't exercise yesterday unless you count all the dancing I did with lil man and all the trips to and from the washer and dryer to put away clothes. I swear to be the only female in my house, I have less clothes than everyone else.

Question of the Day:

How do you take your water? Straight, cold, room temp, fruited up...
