Morning everyone!

I hope today is finding everyone in good spirits! Well, I found your three pounds today Shelly! :P My scale isn't being so nice. Oh well, I'm going to buckle down tight, and though I'm eating in my calorie range, I'm going to intensify the work outs!

Yes, Mitchell, I'm still working at them. Today I start level 3. So far I'm finishing within half the time allotted. This hasn't been challenging so far. I'm sure it will soon enough though!

I'll still be logging on throughout the weekend, though we have the bbq party at my friend's house on Sunday.

Well, I'm going to get and start on this house, while my lil fella is napping. That's the only time I can get to stuff like that. And he doesn't nap often or for long!

Good morning ladies! What a crazy week here. I have 3 sick kids. The oldest has strep, the middle has an ear infection and the youngest has spiked a significant fever from his immunizations on Wednesday. Today has to be a better day with all the medicine in this house.

The scale was generous today. I am down 3 lbs this week, 150!!! Ten pounds to go to reach my goal. I've heard bad things about the last 10 lbs, keeping my fingers crossed that I don't struggle too much.

We are hosting a BBQ for the 4th of July. It should be a blast! Several friends have little kids like us so we won't go to any fireworks shows. We'll have a water gun fight, launch the air rocket, eat yummy food, have a little wine, and simply have a silly time.

Ack! Babies are waking up so I'll have to cut this short. Have a great day! I'll be back when I can.

Good morning ladies!

How are you doing today? What are your plans for today and for the weekend?

I studied a bit yesterday night. from 10pm to 2 am when it finally got a bit cooler outside. I'll retry that today. The cool air helps me concentrate and no one else is awake, so I have no distractions.

Tracy, how is the XBX? I did level 9 today and it's really getting tougher. I'm happy the site is back up and I can move on to chart 2 in three days! The intensity will drop at first, because I don't have to do so many reps at the beginning of the new chart and I'm looking forward to trying the new exercises. :) I hope you too stick to it and see some progress!

It's again hot outside and I'm going to relax during these hot hours. I'll have some lunch now and then I'll read a magazine or crochet on the patio.
