Tracy, thanks for your tips! I'll try to make healthy choices like lean meat and salads but have plenty of that. I'll try to restrict the alcohol. Perhaps 3 beer+low cal lemonade mixes or so... That's a good aim. I'll check out how many calories those have on the internet to get an idea how much I am "allowed" to eat and drink today.

I'm so glad you're in with me! Did you try the level one of 5BX than or did you try the girly XBX? And how did it go?
I do 14 minutes in the XBX because I do the two extra exercises for posture. But that's all! 14 minutes a day. The total minutes stay the same (so 12 or 14, depending on whether you do the extra two exercises or not), but you increase the repetitions so you have to become faster over time as you proceed to manage doing them in the same time.
Level two went well, even the pushups were a tiny bit easier this time I think. Hopefully that wasn't just wishful thinking ;)

I have to drive to my friend in less than an hour so I'll get ready now! Have a nice rest of the day!

Just wanted to say hi before I run off and get ready for work - where I need to be in less than an hour and I haven't showered yet!

Mornin' everyone!

Mitchell, I hope you have fun at your friend's bbq. I'm certain you'll do well. Also don't forget that the more active you are, the more play you have in your diet. Not trying to give you an avenue to cheat, but keep in mind the more active you are the more you NEED to sustain your body. ANYWAYS, take it easy on the alcohol because that will dehydrate you and that's the worst thing you could do to yourself after such a hard bike ride!

OH and I got the link last night and looked it over this morning, I'll do it with you. :D I'm going to start it today. :) I'll be at level 1. :) I'm expected to go to level 26. But from what I read, you'll be going over 12 minutes a day, because there are 12 exercises and most of them are in 2 minute intervals. At least if I'm understanding it right. *shrugs* I don't know. I think the guy version makes more sense than the girl.

Yesterday was a good day. I'm exactly the same weight today as yesterday so hopefully whatever it was is over. At least I'm hoping. Though I'm weighing in more than I did when I started, I'm not all over the place crazy.

Today is pretty here today, however, the weather guy has said that will change soon enough. yay....not. So today, me and the little guy are going to enjoy it by going out and playing on the swing and in the yard. :)

My boyfriend and I talked today about working out and my weird weight fluctuations. He said that maybe one day soon we can start working out together. (this is a guy who is fit without effort. *sigh*)

Good morning ladies!

Mom6, I hope you're having a good morning, although it sounds busy!

It is going to be a busy day for me, too. I have to learn and to fit my training in and in the late afternoon around 6pm I'm going to visit by best friend (hopefully by bike, altough she lives 5 miles away and there are some pretty though inclines). I'll help her with the preparations for her birthday party before the other guests arrive. I hope I don't give in to the temptations because it is a barbecue...

What are your plans for today?

No one intereted in XBX workouts? I'll start on level 2 today.
