I never thought of myself as a creature of habit but I do like to have the same thing every day if I'm at work. Makes it easier. Breakfast: whole grain 100 cal english muffin, 1/2 cup 60 cal no fat egg sub and 2 sausage/rice links for another 100 cal. I will (if I'm feeling saucy!) add in some fruit. WHAT?! Living dangerously?! emoticon

Breakfast is by far the easiest meal of the day for me. Lately I have been eating egg whites on a whole wheat english muffin and a light laughing cow wedge. I really enjoy the laughing cow wedges, they are 35 calories each and it ALMOST tastes like a light cream cheese. If I dont have time to make this breakfast, I throw some protein powder and a cup of nonfat milk and ice into a blender and have a yummy chocolate shake. I wish dinners were so easy! I miss my pastas and carbs!

I like variety. One day I'll make an egg beater/veggie omelet with whole wheat toast. Another I'll have oatmeal with walnuts, raisins and cinnamon. I always add a fruit (most meals).I could go on, but I'd like to know what other "hearty/healthy" breakfasts are out there. emoticon
