Today I had a cup of swiss-style muesli with a half cup of skimmed milk and 100ml red berry juice. Very nice but not calming my craving for chocolate... :-S

3/4 egg whites scrambled with red peppers & baby bella mushrooms cooked in 1 t. Earth Balance. Topped with 1 oz cheese. 1 whole grain english muffin. yum!

I had a nonfat yogurt with a diced apricot and a diced peach in it and oatflakes on top, two slices pumpernickel, one with cheese, the other with air dried salami.

Yesterday I had a bowl of oatmeal squares, which was quite tasty, and 8 oz. of orange juice. I just bought English muffins and small, plain bagels so I can have toasted _____ with peanut butter and milk. It's small, but I'm usually filled for a few hours.

I ate 1 whole egg scrambled + 2 added egg whites scrambled into it so it seemed like I ate 3 eggs, but still had the flavor of the egg yolk, but w/ only the fat of 1 egg yolk, and the higher protein of 3 egg whites. I had 2 cups of water, and all of my 12 pills that I take in the morning. That filled me up until my mid-morning snack-strawberries! Yum!!

Yummy yummy I had another fruit smoothie ... orange, peach, strawberries w/ greens

I can't wait til tomorrow's smoothie though! I got a deal on some regular and honey mangoes and kiwis, so I'll be making mango smoothies for a bit =D

I usually have a smoothie with at least 3 fruits ... this morning was banana, orange, and strawberries w/ green tops; yesterday was banana, orange, peach, and kale; tomorrow will probably be orange, peach, and strawberries w/ greens.

Fantastic Idea! I love this and hope it continues for all three meals! Woot

Organic 0 fat greek yogurt (honey flavor)
1 serving of high fiber cereal (9 grams!)
large banana cut up

All of this in a bowl mixed up. It is actually really tasty and has amazing textures.. filling also!
