Just touched my toes 10 times ;-)
I had a hard time this weekend. Visiting friends who brought potato chips and beer and cake... Usually not a bad thing, but with my weight losing plans - not so good. At least I managed to eat and drink less than usually, but I still got slightly above my calorie intake (100 kcal or so). I hope during the next week this will get better!

HI, I'm new here. really lost if you know what I mean. I have been trying to walk a little everyday. Hardest thing I have done in a long time. Also I am forcing myself to drink my water.
No plans for the week end except to try to stay on track

Good Morning everyone!!! I trust everyone slept decently and is about halfway through their water intake for the day....huh huh...:P I take my vitamins at night, but if it counts I did take them last night! Oh and good luck getting me to touch my toes, however, Ginger, I'll do the best I can do, and since I can't get that far, I'll do 15 when I do my exercise for the day. I don't have any sort of plans for the weekend other than getting my house cleaned and getting back on track of menu planning. While I'm doing that, I'm going to start incorporating my healthy changes. Yesterday was my first day of exercising and today is my first day of drinking 8 glasses of water.

CFRUIK76- I'd be majorly p.o'd. I'd definitely be speaking with the bank to find out what THEY are going to be doing about THEIR mistake. But yeah, I'd be 10lbs heavier if it were me.

Good morning ladies,

Not much fun planned for today. Catching up on laundry and chores. Seems like it's the story of my life! I will get some exercise in later. I'm taking my little ones swimming. AND... just for GINGER... I did touch my toes, 12 times in fact! I checked in with the scale this morning and still no loss, but no gain either. I blame it on my monthly visitor and the fact that I wasn't focused and seriously distracted. My bank was suppose to take out a $50 payment, but oops, took out $5000 instead. The payment was made and Citifinancial is not giving it back. See, who wouldn't do some emotional, stress eating this week!! It's been rough.

And speaking of holidays... It is Memorial Day weekend. When I was growing up, I had no idea what it was for, other than we get a holiday before and after summer break. Take a minute to explain to you children why we remember Memorial Day. It's a day to remember and give thanks to all those who died in service to our country. It's an incredible sacrifice, and one day to remember just isn't enough.

Morning TEACHRMOM6! I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend watching the 500 and enjoying family while I sit here at work all weekend totally not bitter about my situation. LOL I kid! I really don't mind working holidays. It's quiet and I get run of the place. Did everyone remember to take their vitamins? Oh, and I dare all of you to stand up and touch your toes 10 times. See me being all sneaky and trying to get you to exercise even though you might not want to?!

Morning all!! If you are in need of some buddies for encouragement/support along your weightloss journey, please join us. Praying today that all have the courage to do what is good for US this weekend! With all the other activities, usual weekend stuff to catch up on, please find a moment to think about why you are dedicated to becoming healthier. It doesn't have to be a profound meaning...I've lost weight at times to get into a pair of jean...maybe VAIN, but who cares! This time, I'm an older Mom and want to be healthy when my son enters Kindergarten...(the fact that my son is getting married in Sept. and I bought a dress a size smaller has SOMETHING to do with it too:) LOL). Drink as much as you can to flush your body, go for a walk with or without your family, eat healthy so you FEEL good....then look in the mirror and LOVE yourself. God doesn't make mistakes!! Have a great Sat. all! I'll try to check in later.
