low carb yogurt, carbsmart chocolate ice cream with FF cool whip (beware tho...may cause some diarrhea IF you eat too much/good reason to only eat 1/2 c:))
SF vanilla in coffee or tea will help...just some suggestions that work for me. Goodluck and welcome!!

Since I am new I had someone suggest eating grapes to curb my sugar intake. I am going to try it. any other suggestions. Once I take one bite I am gone, can't stop.

Thanks for being my friend!

Sugar is a dead end for me. My body craves it and if I indulge TOO much it is the leading cause of my middle weight gain. If I lower my sugar intake for two weeks, then my body adjusts and I have more energy without the ups and downs related to blood sugar dives. My goal for this weekend is to allow myself 1 dark chocolate dove a day and that's it:). I challenge all of you to look at your menus and find ways to lower sugar in order to see more progress...break through stalemates:) My motto for the next two weeks: "Make HASTE, make HASTE...lower sugar to reduce the waist!" LOL Hope you all have a healthy, relaxing Memorial Day weekend. BE GOOD TO YOU!! Goodluck, all!
