You know, sometimes it is about more than weight! If you are eating better and getting a little more exercise then the rest of it will fall in line sooner or later:)

howdy,
well,, i am still suck at the same weight.. can't get that scale to budge.. but I have at least tried to eat well... i figure if nothing else at least I am giving myself some good healthy food.. maybe i will stop looking so old and tired.. hahaha

I know it can be hard when you scale watch. You weight is going to fluctuate on a regular basis. It depends on water retention, constipation, and all sorts of other things.

I have fluctuated 3 lbs this week but then this morning I finally dropped. That's just how it goes. Your body is going to fight losing the weight sometimes too. Our bodies can go into survival mode. If it thinks you are trying to starve it, it will refuse to let go of the weight. You just have to keep working at it and you will lose the weight.

Don't get defeated just yet. Push yourself a little harder. Be more determined to win the battle against your body and cravings. Its freaking hard!!! But you can get past this bump!

I am not even sure where to start here... You have to understand that it is common for weight to fluctuate. Depending on what I eat from day to day my body weight can change 2 to 3% and for me that is upwards of ten pounds. It will always come back off if you just stick to your guns. Fat never melts off, it is a simple fact of physics. Lets look at a person consuming 2000 calories a day... even if you ate nothing you wouldn't lose a pound a day (There are 3500 calories in a pound of fat). The only thing you would do is hurt your metabolism and put yourself on a track you can't possibly maintain. Don't fret over a day! This is about a new life! I know it can be demoralizing but you can do it! Just try to stick to the positive and push these negative thoughts out. Remember tomorrow is a new day! Try and meet your calorie goals. You can do it!

man oh man
am I bummed,, I just wanna go go eat a whole cake...nope I wanna eat a whole pan of walnut brownies...
see, i have been working so hard:
ya now watching what I eat,, counting calories...all healthy food stuffs..,, even tried some organic stuff and everything....
even thought I have for the last several days been soooooo good..
ok ok
well ok,, good for me.. I mean ya,, never less than 2200 calories..even thought it tells me to keep it around 16oo.. ya right..
but ya gotta know that's down from almost 4000 calories a day..
and I even been working out a bit each day..
so you would think the fat would be falling off.. right
see at least some improvement
well, today I gained a pound. how can that be?? this sucks... i better lose 2 tomorrow... or I'm gonna god bake me dem der brownies...
i hope you all are doing better than me.....
