I honestly don't see that you really did. 1400 calories isn't that bad, it should be well within your daily limit. Remember you don't want to starve yourself. That will kill your metabolism and cause your weight loss to really tail off. If you want to make that a little more healthy get rid of the honey mustard, believe it or not it is one of the higher calorie dressings. Maybe try a low fat vinaigrette instead?
