The hardest thing for me is; everything I guess. I need to get on rack with my food and drink more water. Just started Spark this week. Need loads of support and guidance.

I just started with the site today but have been working at it for 3 weeks. I've lost 8-10 pounds. The eating healthier is the hardest thing for me. I easily drink the water.

Day 3- Not as bad as I thought! thanks to this site and the book. I'm really enjoying this site The tracker is wonderful! I'm really shocked at what I can eat and still stay in the "healthy zone".The hardest thing for me is the excersize, I work a very physical job and just lack motavation to move after 8 hours. I will find a way. emoticon ( This is me being positive!) emoticon

How are you doing? What has been more difficult than expected? Anything been easier??

Drinking 64 oz of water a day was impossible for me when I started Sparks! Getting to the gym every day was surprisingly easy.
