I've been trying something a little different lately. Putting an egg in my cream of wheat. This morning I tried it in Quaker's Raisin Date Walnut oatmeal. Pretty good, it tasted kind of like a custard. It wasn't firm and not to pretty, but tasted good and gave me plenty of protein for breakfast.
