Do not mix chemical products unless the labels specifically instruct you to do so. Mixing products can cause explosions or poisonous chemical gases. Ammonia and chlorine can make a harmful gas for your household. Don't do it!! Use natural cleaners for your home this is the best for you, your family and your household!

Most people need to drink about half their body weight in oz. of water for adequate hydration. Example: if you weigh 160 lbs, you would drink about 80 oz. of water daily. Even in the winter! Oh and Juice, Coffee and Tea do not count as water.

A study in the Journal of Clinical Hypertension found that increasing magnesium and potassium intake by consuming more veggies and fruit can help to lower your blood pressure by 2 to 6 points especially when combined with salt reduction.
Salt reduction doesn't mean salt elimination.
