WK 05: 02/03/14: focus on healthy hot foods and keep moving. No sweets!
WK 04: 01/27/14: focus on movement - didn't do well last week. No deserts except fruit, etc.
WK 03: 01/20/14: Keep up last week goals and add 10 minutes, at least 4 days exercise
WK 02: 01/13/14: keep up last week and add exercise slowly. Did well. lost .5
WK 01: 01/06/14: journal food and water, focus on healthy eating. Did well. Lost 2 lbs
