Drink 8 -10 glasses of water a day
walk 30 - 45 minutes 3 times a week

I have just found a 5km race in Switzerland (something of a rariety here as they tend to start at 10km)

ok I will work on keeping my commiments
it is very hard as no time for self but i will work on making them attainable.

1. chart food
2. call hotel to cancel one day off for srd
3. make menu plan and follow them
4. work on getting exercise in
5. work on getting me time in.

I commit that I will for Q2:
1. Stay within my caloric in-take range 6 days out of 7 every week
2. Get some form of exercise at least 3 days out of 7.
3. Drink a minimum of 10 glasses of pure water EVERY DAY
4. Go to the OW forum every day at least once to post & receive amazing inspiration!

*drinking at least 5 glasses of water (I really struggle with this) emoticon

I am going to stick with my daily committment to exercise and to make healthy choices and to track my food in SP. I have exercised everyday since Nov 17, 2010 minus one when I was sick. I am re-committing to staying with this plan.
Thanks for making me write it out!

I will commit to week Q1 of 5 Pound Shred (March 28, 2011):

Just kidding! I am going to commit to ALL that beginning on Sunday, March 28th! Saturday I am going to have a Come to J*sus meeting with my self and PLAN how I am going to do it all!
