This month my goals are....

*lose 8-10 pounds

*exercise for 90 minutes per week

*journal

*lose the ANT's in my life (I call these any negative thougthts)

*learn to love myself again.

This month I will:

1. 5 Pounds off this week & 20 for March!
2. Walk on the treadmil at least 20 min 3 X/Week
3. Drink 3 glasses of water daily
4. Eat healthy to achieve Goal # 1.

1. Lose 10 pounds
2. Exercise atleast 4 times on the elliptical for 46 minutes.
3. Drink atleast 64 oz daily
